Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of V Express Cargo Movers. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
V Express Cargo Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking and storage services. All services are governed by the specific agreement made at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us
- Any advance payment constitutes acceptance of these terms
- Changes to booking details must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are subject to a final survey/inspection of goods
- Additional charges may apply for items not declared at the time of quoting
- Toll charges, parking and permit fees may be charged additionally for inter-state moves
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled move: full refund of advance
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% of advance may be retained
- Cancellation within 24 hours: advance payment is non-refundable
5. Liability and Insurance
V Express Cargo Movers carries transit insurance for goods in our care. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of goods stated at booking. We are not responsible for: pre-existing damage, items not declared or packed by our team, damage from customer-provided packaging, or loss due to force majeure events.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are declared accurately at the time of survey
- Secure all valuables, cash, jewelry and important documents personally
- Provide clear and safe access to loading and unloading areas
- Ensure someone responsible is present during pickup and delivery
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport: hazardous materials, explosives, inflammables, illegal substances, perishable foods, live animals, or items prohibited under applicable law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
